1. Services

Baci & Buca Luxury Mobile Pet Spa provides professional mobile dog grooming services including, but not limited to, bathing, drying, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and specialty styling (Asian Fusion). All services are performed in our fully equipped mobile grooming van at a location agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request. We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

3. Pet Health & Safety

The health and safety of your pet is our highest priority. By booking a service, you represent and warrant that:

• Your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations, including rabies.
• Your pet is free from contagious illnesses or parasites (fleas, ticks, mange, ringworm, etc.) at the time of the appointment.
• You have disclosed any known medical conditions, behavioral issues, or sensitivities that may affect grooming.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we determine that grooming poses a risk to the health of your pet or to our staff. In such cases, you will only be charged for any services already rendered.

4. Aggressive or Difficult Pets

If your pet displays aggressive behavior that endangers the safety of our groomer, we reserve the right to stop the grooming session immediately. You will be charged for services rendered up to that point.

An additional handling fee may be applied for pets that require extra time or care due to anxiety, matting, or difficult behavior. We will always communicate any such charges before proceeding where possible.

5. Matted Coats

Severely matted coats may require de-matting or a short shave-down to prevent pain and skin damage to your pet. De-matting is a time-consuming process and may incur additional fees. In cases where de-matting would cause undue stress or discomfort, we reserve the right to shave the coat and will inform you before doing so.

Baci & Buca Luxury Mobile Pet Spa is not liable for any skin conditions revealed or aggravated after a matted coat is removed.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on breed, coat condition, size, and services requested. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate depending on the pet's condition at the time of the appointment. We will communicate any price adjustments as early as possible.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at booking. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

Baci & Buca Luxury Mobile Pet Spa takes every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort. However, grooming is not without risk. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that:

• Grooming tools (scissors, clippers, nail trimmers) can occasionally cause minor nicks or scrapes, particularly on dogs with thin skin or unknown skin conditions hidden under fur.
• Pre-existing conditions may be uncovered during grooming (skin conditions, ear infections, lumps, etc.).
• Older or medically fragile pets carry inherent additional risks during grooming.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service. We are not responsible for any veterinary costs arising from pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming. We strongly recommend consulting your veterinarian before booking if your pet has known health conditions.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected during the booking process (name, address, phone, email, and pet details) is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and delivering your grooming service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

9. Photography & Social Media

We love sharing our work! We may photograph pets during or after grooming for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish your pet to be photographed or featured, please let us know at the time of booking and we will honor your request.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
